Registration

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration up until October 31st. Registrations canceled up through this date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Those refunds will be processed after November 30th.

Registrations cancelled on or after November 1st will not be eligible for a refund.

Eligible refund requests should be sent to lacealames18@espol.edu.ec. In addition to requesting a refund, if you are presenting at any session, kindly notify the cancellation  of your participation and the submission number in the mail.
