The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litorial (ESPOL) is the best public university in Ecuador. It's main campus, Gustavo Galindo, where the 23rd Annual LACEA LAMES meeting takes place is settled in a 1482 acre area surrounded by a tropical dry forest, which is a natural reserve. Its strategic location has let the university build a great infrastructure at the service of the students.

Among the facilities that the campus offers to the students and the community are libraries, several auditoriums, stadiums, coliseums, two gyms, lakes, soccer fields, tennis courts, parking lots, and several restaurants.

The conference program will be carried out in equipped rooms at the College of Social Sciences and Humanities (Facultad de Ciencias Sociales y Humanísticas), with all the communications and services needed. Also in between the sessions and special presentations, rest areas will be available. Wi-Fi is guaranteed during the event. Transportation to and from the campus is also available at specific hours.
